When creating an account with 1st Game, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Submitting false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any winnings.

Keep your account password strictly confidential. 1st Game will never ask for your password. If you forget it, use the "Forgot Password" option.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure. 1st Game may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

The minimum deposit at 1st Game is ৳100. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account level and verification status.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal limit is ৳500.
• Winnings may only be withdrawn via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after wagering requirements have been met.

1st Game complies with anti-money laundering laws. 1st Game reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and, if necessary, temporarily suspend the account.

1st Game bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements, validity period, and maximum win limit.

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until bonus wagering requirements have been completed.
• When both real money and bonus money are present, real money will be used first.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from a single device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• 1st Game reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following general rules apply to Sports Betting and casino games at 1st Game:

1. Minimum bet is ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary by account level and game.
2. Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled — the cash-out feature applies separately where available.
3. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 1st Game reserves the right to void the affected bet.
4. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
5. Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed will apply.
6. If any selection in an accumulator bet is voided, it will be counted as "Odds 1".

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on 1st Game. Violating these rules may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Creating or verifying an account using another person's identity documents.
• Using the platform through hacking, bots, or any other automated means.
• Betting using match-fixing or inside information.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Uploading or spreading viruses or malicious code on the 1st Game platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

1st Game takes your personal data seriously. We collect your name, mobile number, address, and financial information solely for the purpose of providing our services and meeting legal obligations.

1st Game never sells or shares your personal information with third parties without authorization. In limited circumstances, we may be required to share data to comply with legal obligations.

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting 1st Game's customer support. Any pending bets will be settled and your withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed.

1st Game may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• In cases of providing false information.
• In cases of failure to verify age.
• For failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Due to responsible gaming concerns.

1st Game reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be given at least 7 days' notice of any significant changes.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bangla and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be referred to 1st Game's customer support team for resolution.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. A one-time waiver of any term by 1st Game does not constitute a permanent waiver.
